Information on lalla.ai is gathered in two ways:

• Indirectly, for example through site analytics and through our internet access logs. When you access lalla.ai, your internet address is automatically collected and placed in those logs.
• Directly, for example when you contact us by email from a link on this site, or when you provide information on a page of lalla.ai.

Cookies are small files of information which save and retrieve details about your visit to lalla.ai: how you entered the site, how you navigated through it, and what information was of interest to you. The cookies we use identify you merely as a number.

Where the platform runs in a customer environment, that data is handled under the agreement with that customer, in the environment they choose: their cloud, a private cloud, or on-premise. Access is scoped to the graph node and enforced below the product. Anything shown on this website as a request path, a reference trace, a topology diagram or a Lalla Chat exchange is illustrative, and is neither live output nor customer data.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised employees, agents and contractors who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential have access to this information.

All emails and newsletters originating from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings. You may also disable cookies in your browser at any time, as described above.
